The IPD South Africa Annual Property Index shows that the South African investment property sector delivered a stable 15.3% total return in 2013.

Commercial property returns rose to 1.5% in November, their highest monthly return since March 2010, according to the IPD UK Monthly Property Index.

South African property sector delivered an improved 9.2% total return for the first six months in 2013

According to the IPD Botswana Annual Property Consultative Index, released today, the total return for all property was 17.9% for the year to December 2012, compared with 20.9% for 2011.
