The increase in distribution per unit from 49,0 cents to between 57,3 cents and 62,2 cents is mainly as a result of increases in rental income received, increases in distributions from investments and the depreciation of the Rand.
During the reporting period Oasis Crescent Property Fund acquired 265 Victoria Road, Salt River at R24 million from Oasis Crescent Fund Trust on 9 September 2015.
The Fund also entered into an agreement with Oasis Crescent Property Company, to purchase 24 Milner Road property situated at 24 Milner Road, Metro Industrial, Paarden Eiland, Cape Town, for R18.5 million.
Oasis Crescent Fund Trust and Oasis Crescent Property Company are related parties of the Fund in terms of the JSE Listings Requirements.
