South African REITs (real estate investment trusts) once again ranked high among the country’s top companies earning the most for shareholders.

Oasis Crescent Property Fund expects between 17% and 27% growth in distribution per unit for the interim 30 September 2015, when compared against the previously reported corresponding period.

SHARIA-compliant Oasis Crescent Property Fund has entered into a lease agreement with McDonald’s South Africa for a new-build McDonald’s restaurant, McCafe and Drive-Thru to be constructed in KwaZulu-Natal.
