Stenprop migrates to the JSE Main Board

Stenprop is pleased to announce that formal approval has been granted by the JSE Limited for the migration of its listing from the JSE’s AltX to its Main Board.

The effective date of transfer will be Monday, 5 October 2015 and the Stenprop shares will commence trading on the Main Board on the same day under the “Real Estate – Real Estate Holdings and Development” sector.  

Paul Arenson, Stenprop CEO said: “We are pleased to have delivered on our goal to migrate to the Main Board of the JSE during the third quarter of the current financial year. We remain committed to deliver sustainable and growing earnings, distributions and capital growth to our shareholders and believe that our main board listing will reinforce our position amongst the listed South African real estate sector.”  

The transfer will not affect the company’s current primary listing on the Bermuda Stock Exchange.
