Stenprop is pleased to announce that formal approval has been granted by the JSE Limited for the migration of its listing from the JSE’s AltX to its Main Board.

Hermans & Roman Properties Limited will be structured as a property loan stock company and the linked units of the Company are intended to be listed in the “Real Estate Holdings and Development” sector of the Main Board of the JSE.

The sale of property by larger funds has provided an opportunity for Arrowhead to assert itself in the sector according to Arrowhead CEO, Gerald Leissner.
