Mr. Alistair Milne is responsible for talent and leadership development, employee engagement, internal communications, equality and diversity, reward and organisation design across RICS.
Mr. Milne , who has around 30 years of HR experience, joined RICS in November 2012 from the UK’s leading child protection charity NSPCC where he was their Director of HR and a member of their Executive Board. Prior to the NSPCC, Alistair has worked in senior HR roles with a number of UK and USA based global operating technology organisations.
Milne is responsible for talent and leadership development, employee engagement, internal communications, equality and diversity, reward and organisation design across RICS.
Milne holds a BA in Commerce from Napier University, Edinburgh.
