Tribunal confirms Aveng cartel settlement

The Competition Tribunal has confirmed the settlement agreement between the Competition Commission and Aveng after one of its subsidiaries was found guilty of cartel activity.

Capital Property Fund and Pangbourne Properties said on Thursday they had received approvals from both the Competition Tribunal and South Gauteng High Court for their tie-up deal.
