Atterbury has won the fiercely contested tender to develop a new Gauteng office for Deloitte in South Africa after an intense selection process by the leading professional services firm.

Atterbury will develop a R850 million industrial and business park on the prime site it has acquired in Gosforth Park, Germiston, in Ekurhuleni.

Another two top companies will join the fast-growing number of leading businesses to open their doors in prime business development, Waterfall by Atterbury as development manager. 

Atterbury Property Development together with Attacq Waterfall Investment Company are developing top-notch premises for three more leading companies at Waterfall.

Driving through Midrand will soon be a whole lot easier thanks to a new R160 million highway overpass bridge being constructed by Waterfall City.

Atterbury Property will develop offices for leading companies Servest and Colgate Palmolive at Waterfall.
