Growthpoint Properties has reported distribution growth of more than 13,5% to 51,1c
Growthpoint Properties, the largest JSE-listed property company with a market capitalisation of more than R19bn, has reported distribution growth of more than 13,5% to 51,1c for the six months to December. CEO Norbet Sasse said low vacancies, increasing rentals and the company's decision to opt for in-house management were some of the factorscontributing to the strong growth.
