Prime developers, MSP Developments, recently commenced construction on the all new Madison business suites situated in Tyger Waterfront, Tygervalley

“Our core focus has always been on residential developments - providing affordable housing solutions across the Western Cape.  With the exponential growth of the business and our success rate, we feel that we are more than ready to tackle the commercial property development league.”

Containing five floors and three levels of basement parking, all the units of Madison have already been sold.  It will be home to businesses such as Imperial Bank, Bechini Investments 51 and Mostert & Bosman Attorneys as well.  Construction commences in August/September 2007 with completion is estimated for end August 2008
