Managing director Roger Perkin said the change, following approval from the Registrar of Collective Investment Schemes and JSE Limited, identified with the fund’s new direction as it pursued active expansion and Positioned itself to attract significant domestic and foreign equity investment.
The change in name of the fund’s management company to SA Corporate Real Estate Fund Managers Limited has also been approved.
Following a switch in year end to December 31, SA Corporate Real Estate Fund will announce a distribution for the five months to December 31, 2006 in February 2007.
