Economic boost for King Williams Town and surrounding areas.  A much needed new shopping centre is currently under construction in King Williams Town with Pick ‘n Pay Family Store as anchor tenant. The centre is expected to have a total gross lettable area of ± 6 600m². The centre will pride itself on offering a safe and accessible shopping environment with sufficient parking.

It is located on a very busy main arterial road through King William’s Town. The anticipated opening is in November 2006. The centre will be targeting the middle to upper income groups who often travel to East London for various reasons such as security, position of certain shops and lack of parking.
