ApexHi Properties Limited has declared a quarterly distribution of 27,45 cents (2005: 25,50 cents) per A unit and 33,55 cents (2005: 30,50 cents) per B unit for the quarter 1 January 2006 to 31 March 2006.

This brings the total distribution for the nine months ended 31 March 2006 to 80,10 cents (2005: 76,50 cents) per A unit and 97,90 cents (2005: 89,00 cents) per B unit.

ApexHi CEO Gerald Leissner says the company is on track to deliver growth in distributions for the year ended 30 June 2006.

This is the first year that the A units are benefiting from the growth in distributions. In terms of the innovative A and B unit structure, the A units are entitled to the first 102 cents of the total distribution, or 45% of the distribution – whichever is greater. The threshold at which the latter becomes applicable is 227 cents, which will be exceeded this year.

The last day to trade cum interest is Friday 19 May 2006, and payment will be made on Monday 29 May 2006.
