Hereby invites interested parties to submit proposals to Develop and Alienate

PROPERTY DESCRIPTION EXTENT ZONING
Remainder of Erf 9, Hurlingham 11 069m² Residential 1

The proposal documents will be available for purchase as from 10:00 on Friday, 3 June 2005.  The said proposal documents will be available at the Information Desk of the offices of the City of Joburg Property Company (Pty) Ltd, 9th (Ninth) Floor, Braamfontein Centre, 23 Jorissen Street, Johannesburg.  A non refundable deposit of R500, 00 per document will be payable.

Sealed proposals, clearly marked “RE OF ERF 9 HURLINGHAM”, must be placed in the tender box at the Information Desk at the offices of the City of Joburg Property Company (Pty) Ltd not later than 12:00 on Monday 27 June 2005.

Please note the following:
a. No late proposals will be considered;
b. The City of Joburg Property Company (Pty) Ltd reserves the right not to accept any proposals;
c. The City of Joburg Property Company (Pty) Ltd reserves the right to call for more information or presentation by applicants should it be required
d. The City of Joburg Property Company (Pty) Ltd reserves the right to withdraw any proposed proposal at its own discretion; and

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN in terms of Section 79(18) of the Local Government Ordinance, 1939 (Ordinance 17 of 1939), as amended, that it is the intention of  the City of Johannesburg, to develop and alienate RE OF ERF 9 HURLINGHAM.
Further information of the above proposal may be obtained during normal office hours at the Information Desk of the offices of the City of Joburg Property Company (Pty) Ltd, 9th (Ninth) Floor, Braamfontein Centre, 23 Jorissen Street, Johannesburg. 
Any person/s who has any objection or claim to the proposed development and alienation of the said property, should lodge such objection or claim, in writing, to the Managing Director, City of Joburg Property Company (Pty) Ltd, not later than 14 days from the date of this publication.
