Gensec Property Services (Gensec) and the National Energy Regulator (NERSA) have signed a deal worth R4 million for the refurbishment of its premises in Pretoria.

Gensec Property Services (Gensec) and the National Energy Regulator (NERSA) have signed a deal worth R4 million for the refurbishment of its premises in Pretoria.

During the contract period, which is expected to be approximately four months, Gensec will manage all facets of the refurbishment, including the appointment of contractors, contract documentation and administration, quality control, cost management, general reporting and supplier management.

Marna van der Walt, CEO of GPS, said, Gensec is delighted to add the National Energy Regulator to its growing list of public entity clients. We hope that this project is the start of a long and mutually beneficial relationship.
