PAM Golding Properties has reinforced its position in the residential market in and around the Dainfern golf estate near Fourways with the acquisition of Apple Creek Real Estate.

Apple Creek has been the dominant agency in the area for almost a decade.

The acquisition is effective from March 1, says Ronald Ennik, chief operating officer of Pam Golding Properties and MD of its Gauteng division.

Both sides declined to reveal the financial aspects of the deal.

Apple Creek was founded in 1996 by Sue Mace and Brenda Gilbert whose association with Dainfern goes back 12 years to its inception and Marlene Snowdon and Erica Allan.

"Pam Golding Properties has been active in Dainfern and its surrounding suburbs for a long time. The acquisition of Apple Creek enables us, together, to offer an unprecedented package of value-added services to homeowners and investors in the area," says Ennik.

Mace says the deal gives Apple Creek access to "an awesome depth of sales leads", both in SA as well as abroad, "from where there is a constantly increasing flow of investors into South African residential property".
