The second phase of Adderley Terraces, the terraced lifestyle apartment building to be constructed in Cape Town's city centre, will be launched on Sunday February 15.
The second phase will consist of 26 luxury one-bedroom and two-bedroom simplex and duplex apartments, according to Bernice Musikanth of Seeff City Bowl.
The modern building, which will comprise 52 luxury apartments in total, will be situated between Adderley and Parliament Streets.
The plans of the building, artists' impressions, finishes and details will be on show at the launch function at the Seeff City Bowl office from 2pm. The apartments in the second phase will vary between 50m2 and 99m2, with terraces of an additional 9m2 to 30m2.
The prices of the units will be announced at the launch. Adderley Terraces will have a strong focus on outdoor living, and the building will be filled with lots of greenery and light, she says.
Apartments will have individual terraces and large windows. Buyers will have a choice of luxurious finishes.
There will be a generous outdoor sundeck, a 17m by 5m swimming pool and a gymnasium. Musikanth says there are plans to turn certain streets into pedestrian walkways, and for increased greening of the area, including the Company Gardens.
She says: "These apartments at Adderley Terraces are nothing less than magnificent. Although they are in the heart of the city, this will, in fact, be a quiet place to live."
For an invitation to the launch, contact Seeff's development co-ordinator, Ros Corbin, on 082 728 6420.
