Newly established BC2 Financial Engineering says it has pioneered a new way of securing commercial property finance.
nBC2 has taken the value-added relationship role away from specific banks, explains Brian Roberts, managing director of the new company.

The parameters outlining a client's funding package - traditionally set by the client's preferred bank - are not necessarily the most optimal.

Their innovative business model enables a client requiring property finance to consult with BC2 who in turn will negotiate the most optimal property finance terms based on their knowledge of the bank's lending parameters, amongst other criteria.

This approach is in line with the Australian property finance industry, and ultimately ensures that the client obtains the best independent advice, pricing and service, says Roberts.

The partnership, which has in excess of 22 collective years of experience, includes Brian Roberts, Craig Cowie and Chris Brammer - all former Nedcor employees. Contact 011-783-2112
