Amdec’s The Yacht Club breaks ground with 80% of its apartments sold out

Construction has commenced at The Yacht Club, a unique R1.3bn mixed-use iconic development by the Amdec Group, South Africa’s leading developer of New Urban lifestyles.

The Yacht Club is superbly located at the gateway to Cape Town’s waterfront on the doorstep of the city’s historic Foreshore and a mere stone’s throw from the Cape Town International Convention Centre (CTICC).

This top-class development will comprise a hotel operated by a leading international brand - which will be announced soon - and modern urban apartment living in two towers proudly set on a podium of premium-grade office space.

Already, with just less than two years before it welcomes its first residents, around 80% of the 170 apartments at The Yacht Club have been sold.
