Nic is a qualified Chartered Accountant with 10 years’ experience within the investment banking and real estate environment.

Nic headed up the Real Estate Advisory team at Rand Merchant Bank where he advised numerous property companies on a variety of aspects.

Prior to joining Texton, Nic was the Chief Executive Officer of Arch Property Fund Limited, an unlisted public company that co-owns Melrose Arch.

The board welcomes the opportunity to have an executive with Nic’s experience joining the management team of Texton and looks forward to his contribution to the Company.
