The Commission has approved, without conditions, the intermediate merger whereby Capital Property fund intends to acquire the target property from Centurion Vision Development Proprietary Limited (CVD).

Post-merger, Capital Property fund and CVD will jointly undertake the development of Erf 2551 and co-own the immovable property and letting enterprise once developed.

Capital Property fund is a property ownership firm, with a particular focus on investments in industrial properties.
