Pivotal Fund (PIV) said on Tuesday it planned to raise R500m through the issue of new ordinary shares.

The proceeds of the equity raising will be used to partially fund the company’s future development and extension pipeline‚ as well as potential acquisitions.

Pivotal Fund‚ which listed on the JSE last year‚ has a property portfolio comprising mostly A-grade offices and retail assets.
