
Indluplace (ILU)‚ which debuted on the JSE last Friday‚ said it was weighing its options whether to acquire a R420m residential property portfolio.
The small-cap firm‚ which commands a residential portfolio valued at about R1.6bn‚ listed at R10 a share. Indluplace has until June 30 to take a decision‚ in terms of a deal between the seller and Arrowhead Properties‚ which owns Indluplance.
The stock was up 1.96% to R10.95‚ valuing Indluplace at R1.92bn.
