Emira Property Fund's share price is up 0.48% to R14.60 per share after a distribution of 123‚18c per Emira participatory interest for the year to June 30 2014 was declared.

Emira Property Fund's (EMI) share price was up 0.48% to R14.60 per share in Wednesday afternoon trade after a distribution of 123‚18c per Emira participatory interest for the year to June 30 2014 was declared on Wednesday.

This is an increase of 7.5% on the previous comparable period and a further improvement on the 6.5% growth in distributions per participatory interest reported for the six months to December 31 2013‚ the fund said.

Emira Property Fund's distributable income growth was up 5.5% to R601.1m. A final cash distribution of 63.87c per participatory interest was declared. The counter reached a record high of R16.29 per share in May last year.
