Orion Real Estate announced in a trading statement on Monday that they expected to see an increase in full-year headline earnings per linked unit to 0.57c from 0.03c previously.

“The improvement can be attributed to a group restructuring resulting in a material cost saving as certain major property services are no longer outsourced‚” the company said.
