Property developer Visual International Holdings‚ formerly Presto Financing Proprietary Ltd‚ is expected to list on the Alternative Exchange (AltX) of the JSE on Friday‚ March 28 2014‚ the company said on Friday.

The company said in an abridged prospectus it has offered‚ by way of a private placement‚ up to 66-million ordinary shares in the issued share capital of the company at an issue price of 50c per ordinary share.
