This auction, one of the biggest single urban land disposals in the Western Cape, is to be conducted by national auction firm Auction Alliance.

The featured properties constitute large tracts of land - nine of the smallholdings measure a hectare each, and the 10th is 10ha.

"The auction represents a golden opportunity for development-minded buyers," said Alon Kowen, MD of Auction Alliance Cape Town. Viewing of the properties takes place tomorrow between 2pm and 5pm.
