Linked unitholders are advised that Acucap's application to the JSE Limited ("JSE") for Real Estate Investment Trust ("REIT") status has been approved by the JSE.

Accordingly Acucap qualifies as a REIT with effect from the commencement of its current financial year, being 1 April 2013.

Acucap Properties Limited carries on the business of a property holding company through the ownership of investment properties by its wholly owned subsidiaries.
