The shopping centre situated in Uitenhage, well known for hosting the Volkswagen factory, one of the biggest car factories on the African continent, is situated a few kilometres from Port Elizabeth.

The Shopping centre, named the Kwanobuhle Shopping Centre, has a GLA of 15,500 m² and is a popular destination for the surrounding community and features numerous national tenants such as Shoprite and Cashbuild, as well as a host of smaller tenants who are complementary to the centre . The centre is located at Matanzima and Bereng Roads, Kwanobuhle, Uitenhage.
