Vukile Property Fund (VKE) has closed its accelerated book build. In light of strong demand‚ the amount of capital to be raised was increased from R250 million to R400 million.

At this level‚ the book was heavily oversubscribed.

The new Vukile linked units to be issued pursuant to the accelerated book build process have been priced at R19.50 per linked unit.

A total of 20‚512‚821 new Vukile linked units are expected to be issued and listed on May 16.
