Amdec Developments is developing the R30-million new Lifestyle Centre
adjacent to Westlake Business Park in Cape Town. The new facility
will have 5 000sq m of lettable space on two levels and a parking
area for 250 cars. The building - designed by Kevin Gadd Architects -
is being constructed by Lovemore & Company.
