Game reserves, retail and offices feature in the latest property auction investment highlights

Luxury Private Game reserve:

This private game reserve situated in Limpopo, comprises 333 5840 hectares of pristine African bushveld.

Olievefontein Private Game Reserve is located near the town of Vaalwater, two and half hours drive from Johannesburg in the malaria free Waterberg biosphere. The property is easily accessible via a well maintained infrastructure of a tar and gravel road network.

Retail Premises - Benoni CBD:

Game farm in KwaZulu Natal:

A wild and beautiful 2574ha game farm situated on the Bushman’s River in the heart of Weenen, Kwazulu Natal will be offered up for auction at the end of March. Included in the sale is an additional 140ha under irrigation.
The farm contains a variety of indigenous game including bush buck, mountain reed buck, duiker, steenbok, giraffe and jackal, and is considered one of the best bow hunting farms in South Africa. The property consists of 11 subdivisions situated adjacent to one another and will be sold without any equipment, tractors, vehicles and machinery.
Structures on the farm include main dwellings, managers’ cottages and compounds, main shed, office block, flat, workshop, cold rooms and pump houses. The land under irrigation includes a mixed range of cash crops.

Weenen is a small rural town established by the Trekkers after avenging the massacre at nearby Bloukrans. It is situated halfway between Greytown and Colenso (approximately 44km from each of them) and is easily accessed from the R74, which runs between the two towns. There are also 12 caravan and camping sites and a picnic site. The area encompasses the Tugela, Bushmans and Bloukrans River valleys and incorporates the Weenen Nature Reserve. Some of the property comprises grasslands, steep forested valleys and riverine vegetation. Buffalo, kudu, leopard, giraffe, hyena, elephant, rhino, zebra, wildebeest and inhabit the area as do crocodiles, pythons and monitor lizards.
