Sapoa Online (www.sapoaonline.co.za), a commercial property
electronic portal serving South Africa's commercial, retail and
industrial property sectors, has been established by the South
African Property Owners' Association.

Director Brian Kirchman says, "Sapoa Online offers customised on-line
products to serve the commercial property marketplace. The new portal
gives users information from a cross-section of sources in one
easy-to-use on-line location."

He said the mission was to maintain and develop a reliable e-business
solution for the industry by: providing accurate, relevant and
timeous information to all stakeholders; adding value to, and
widening, Sapoa's membership base; driving industry standards;
creating an environment for stakeholders to participate equally.
