Marc Wainer, CEO of Redefine, confirmed that a condition to the Arrowhead listing of its "A" and "B" linked units in the "Real Estate Holdings and Development" sector of the JSE, is that more than half (in value) of the owned properties sold by Redefine to Arrowhead be registered in Arrowhead's name.

A further announcement setting out the date of the Arrowhead listing and distribution of Arrowhead linked units to Redefine linked unitholders (in the ratio of 3.15 Arrowhead units for every 100 Redefine linked units held) will be made once the condition has been fulfilled.
