South Africa's largest property fund, Growthpoint Properties, announced on Monday that it has recently entered into negotiations which, if successfully concluded, may have an impact on the price of its linked units.

Growthpoint linked unitholders are therefore advised to exercise caution in dealing in the group's linked units until a further announcement is made.
