Auction Alliance has sold another Cape Town, CBD building, with excellent redevelopment potential

Property-Housing-ResidentialWith their years of experience in selling CBD properties, Gareth Currie and Ryan Joffe of Auction Alliance managed to sell 107 Bree Street for R6, 6 million before the property even reached the auction floor.

The property offers approximately 1000m2 of space and is situated next to the Christiaan Barnard Memorial Hospital, across the road from Heritage Square, and within close proximity to trendy restaurants, bustling Long Street and Greenmarket Square.

Space in the CBD is at a premium and the building is currently utilized as a three storey parking facility. The ground floor offers 15 – 20 parking bays, the first floor has six bays and the second storey has parking for 14 vehicles.

“The property is ideal for redevelopment and offers excellent exposure onto not only Bree Street but across a parking lot to busy Buitengracht Street,” comments Gareth Currie of Auction Alliance.

The auction takes place at 12pm on December 8 at the Crystal Towers Hotel & Spa, Century City.
