Hospitality Property Fund announced on Friday that its unitholders have passed all resolutions relating to the acquisition of Westin Grand Cape Town and Arabella Western Cape Hotel and Spa.
The resolutions were adopted at the company's annual general meeting.
The transaction is still subject to fulfilment or waiver - where applicable - of the conditions precedent, including the obtaining of various third party approvals required pursuant to existing leases and sub-leases.
