Educational facility sold for record R17 million

Auction Alliance’s July auctions shown that well situated properties are still attracting strong demand, with the Johannesburg auction seeing a well planned and purposely designed education facility in Centurion sell for R17.25 million.

This includes numerous attached and detached single and double-storey buildings that provide administration offices, air-conditioned lecture rooms, male and female ablution facilities, canteen, library and staff accommodation.
