Construction of the first two new homes at the upmarket 230ha Kenton Eco Estate, near Kenton on Sea, has begun, with the building of further homes to commence next year.

Pam Golding Properties' area principal, Michael Wilmot, says 60% of the total 330 stands have been sold, at prices ranging from between 460 000 and R1,6m.

The remainder of the stands are priced from R500 000 to R16,5m, and each is about 850m2 in size.
