They include the Old Bethlehem farms, which according to Andre Golding, chief executive of the Pam Golding Property Group, would be expected to fetch between R120 and R130 million.
There are eleven separate erven on the property, and they amount to a total of 400 hectares.
Also to be sold is Rhodes Cottage on 20 or 30 hectares and Goede Hoop which has another historic homestead on it, and also comprises around 20 hectares Two other pieces of land described as founder's estates are also to be sold.
The four properties would be expected to fetch between R25 and R30 million each, Golding said on Wednesday.
