This prime Epping value centre and accompanying petrol station boasts a GLA of 4043m² and an annual income of R1 200 000.

Comments Greg Nafte of Alliance Group, who concluded the sale: “The frantic bidding activity seen on the auction floor further emphasised the high demand for income generating properties in the current market''.
