LEADING property industry academic Douw Boshoff will present an overview of the commercial property sector at the Aucor commercial property auction at the Inanda Club, Sandton, on Thursday.

Boshoff, of the department of construction economics at the University of Pretoria, is a registered professional property valuer with extensive experience, having been involved in about 20 000 valuations.

He is completing his PhD, which focuses on fundamental valuation techniques for the property industry and the integral role that valuation plays, with the listed property market as his case study.
