Having grown into one of Cape Towns leading brokerages over the last several years, Galetti Commercial and Industrial have recently opened their Gauteng office in Kramerville near Sandton.

"We have been investigating the viability of entering the Gauteng market for the last two years", says Francois Staples a Director at Galetti Commercial and Industrial. "Over the last year we have been operating in Gauteng via a virtual office but now feel it necessary to have our own premises to service our growing client database in the region"

The company is a full service brokerage which specializes in the sale, leasing, valuation and consultancy to the retail, commercial and industrial property markets.

"As a brokerage, we are tremendously excited to be entering the Gauteng region", comments Staples. "While some might argue that the industry is not as buoyant as a year ago, we consider it a good opportunity to gain leverage in a new region as well as a great opportunity to increase our stock offering due to the prevalence of a slightly higher vacancy rate".

The Gauteng region will be headed up by Mark Meyer, a former Regional Director of Engel and Volkers.
