Group revenue was at R263.3 million, up from the R155.9 million reported last year. Profit before tax interest and tax was at R219 million up from R164.2 million last year.

Looking ahead the group said that for the full year to March 2009, it expects to meet the guidance given to the market of maintaining double-digit growth.

"However, the forecast information on which this statement has been based has not been reviewed or reported on by the company's auditors," Acucap said.
