First on the vendor’s roll will be the factory, followed immediately by the sale of the plant and machinery.
An industrial 2 zoning has been granted to the factory, which is triple volume with adjacent warehousing, workshop, office wing and parking.
The workshop has an extensive floor area and is fitted with roller-shutter doors, a perspex ceiling and high-beam factory lighting as well as a burglar alarm system and storage.
The office wing includes a reception area, open-plan office, an individual office and office facilities.
The factory includes milling machinery and equipment and is complete with storerooms, a mini-workshop, change rooms and office, while the adjacent warehouse is equipped with a weighbridge and storeroom.
A large variety of plant and machinery will be on sale, including a three-level steel-constructed milling floor with platform walkways, safety rails and staircases. Collecting hoppers, two 70-ton complete steel silos, a five load-cell 30-ton weighbridge, 11KV transformer with bus-bars and three-phase cabling, an HEID double-drum end sifter, HEID roller mills, a single-bed vibrating screen fitted with galvanised hopper, and a 21m steel-framed conveyor unit are other lots on sale.
Atlas Copco air compressors, Kongskilde Complete, a 3m upright elevating bucket belt, three 2,4m augers with collecting hoppers, a Packquip packaging machine, a floor-level roller mill, assorted trolley jacks, welders, scales and hand tools make up other lots on sale.
