Growth among black owners in the luxury property market has soared over the last 10 years, but this change is yet to be reflected in the rest of the property market

Listed property loan stock company Vividend Income Fund said it had entered into agreements which, if successfully concluded, would result in it acquiring 90% of Access Park, in Kenilworth, Cape Town, for R483m.

Some property investors often consider investing in property as part of a syndicate or group of people, but the problem with this sort of scheme is that you have to bring an equal amount of money to invest as the others in the syndicate do and there is a chance of arguments between shareholders.
