Growthpoint Properties has posted results for the year to 30 June 2019 with distributable income growth of 5.3% and dividends per share up 4.6%, outperforming its market guidance marginally.

56% of home buyers are single, says FNB

FNB Home Finance has revealed that the number of single applicants who bought residential property through the Bank increased from 48% to 56% between 2016 and 2018.

The transaction is complementary to the Fund’s existing investment into the European logistics sector.

Globally, people are prepared to pay a premium for properties in suburbs that have good schools, says Gareth Bailey, Pam Golding Properties area principal for Durban Coastal.
