Property loan stock company Vukile shrugged off a sluggish economic recovery to increase its full year distribution to linked unitholders by 9% and to grow its net asset value by 7.6% in the 2010 financial year
Vukile Property Fund said that it believed the terms and conditions of the Giyani Plaza acquisition were fair to its linked unitholders.
Growthpoint Properties Ltd now owns 76.2% of Growthpoint Properties Australia following the completion of this acquisition which is Growthpoint's first venture offshore and represents an investment of approximately R1.3 billion at current exchange rates.
