Leading property developer and investor Atterbury has handed over the innovative fast-track R 150 million development of a new purpose-built showroom to car resale specialists WeBuyCars in the Western Cape.

Atterbury is making its first foray into shared workspaces with its new Attspace co-working concept, which debuted at the La Gratitude Manor House on Stellenbosch’s historic oak-lined Dorp Street.

Atterbury’s new Western Cape office situated in the Winelands is La Gratitude Manor House - an iconic building, a national monument, and the second oldest building in Stellenbosch.
