Growthpoint Properties has posted results for the year to 30 June 2019 with distributable income growth of 5.3% and dividends per share up 4.6%, outperforming its market guidance marginally.

JSE-listed South African-focused REIT Gemgrow Properties  today announced its interim results for the six months ended 31 March 2019.

Growthpoint Properties today announced distribution growth of 6.5% per share for its full year to 30 June 2018 for investors, delivering a solid set of results that match its market guidance.
